Roadmap

What comes after the hackathon, in order.

Nothing on this page is built yet; it is the plan, roughly in order.

  1. Lock the contract keys behind a time-locked upgrade path or a DAO, so code can't change silently.
  2. Generate the sealing key inside the enclave and never export it; a real recovery partner with its own key.
  3. Plaid production access and a licensed lending partner; Plaid's persistent account IDs for fingerprints.
  4. First mainnet loans with small amounts.
  5. Live cross-chain deposits through NEAR Intents (the demo shows dry-run quotes only).
  6. The AI summary inside the enclave on mainnet, with the model's attestation checked.
